Prizes Awarded for Tourism Photography Contest - Tourism Beautiful Photographs

Photographer Nguyen Van Quang has been awarded the first prize in a competition titled “Tourism Beautiful Photographs 2007” sponsored by the Vietravel Company. His winning photo is named Yêu văn hóa Việt (Love of Vietnamese culture).
The company awarded the second prize to Huynh Anh Tuan for his work “Ha Long Bay” and the third prize to Nguyen Vinh Hien for “Various cultures” at an award ceremony last week. The three-month competition attracted more than 1,000 professional and amateur photographers, both artists and tourists.

The organizers received over 3,000 photos of daily activities, festivities and historical relics across the country. At the award ceremony, the organizers announced that Vietravel’s 2008 photo competition would go on from June 5 to the end of September.
